Many years of training, certifications, and life experiences have brought me here.

My life has been filled with many Divine nudges. These nudges or whispers from the God do not go away until I act on them and that is how I always know I am being Divinely led. These whispers have not only led me to Colorado, but from there I began my 20-year career of being a Certified Massage Therapist, become a Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master and one of the boldest moves was the nudge to become my own Boss and Small Business Owner.

But the biggest move came when I had been feeling the pull to move back to my hometown of Manitowoc, WI. I didn’t want to. I loved my life in Colorado. I tried visiting more to see if that would full fill this pull to move back but it wasn’t working. So one day I told God, “God, if you want me to go back there, then you better give me a big fricken sign, like real BIG.” And wouldn’t you know, a couple of days later the sign came, and within 2 months I was moving back to WI.

From that time on I spent creating my business in my hometown until I fulfilled a lifelong dream of having a Wellness Center right downtown. It was a beautiful space and I love that I will continue to be a part of it teaching some yoga classes and events here and there but the time has come that a whisper has come again. My father passed a couple of years ago and it all made sense why I was nudged to come back to my home state. It was to support my family. I needed a strong business so that I could take off when they needed me and I wanted to be there. Now it’s time for the next journey. Moving more into the world of Coaching. Coaching people of all aspects of living a full-filled life to finding contentment and peace in grief/loss. I love that I get to be of service.
