It’s all about Abby :)

I had known Abby for a couple years via mutual friends and I taught Yoga/Mindfulness for the one of the local elementary schools where she taught.

Now living in another state with her husband, she reached out to me in May ‘23 to schedule a Discovery Call.

I was super excited for this call because I had known for sometime what Abby’s true hearts desire was.

She shared how she was in a space of transition of wanting more and feeling stuck in her life. Fear of the unknown was keeping her “playing it safe” but ultimately not full-filling how she wanted to be of service to the world and live.

I shared she was not alone, that this is why many people come Coach with me to gain Clarity and to be able to make friends with Fear. Once you get your Mindset cleaned up around Clarity and Fear, then you feel Empowered to keep moving forward to the thing that fills you with Joy!

I reminded her that she is powerful and has the ability to create whatever she wants for herself. I can help support her in getting there.

Joy is what Abby is all about. She loves to help people create more Joy in their lives.

Abby did find major clarity that day around what did light her up and where her passion really was.

Her side gig was where her passion and joy were! As I mentioned earlier I already saw this within her but she was trying so hard to make something else work because she kept creating barriers in her mind that her dream couldn’t come reality for her.

I shared how my 6 Month Embody Program would be a great fit on getting her to where she wants to be in her life.

After talking with her husband, it just didn’t feel like the time was right BUT she did gain lot’s of clarity the time her and I had together.

The seed within her had been planted.

I don’t force people to work with me, I want you to be ready to begin.

So I shared, that I was blessed for our time together and I am here if she ever wants more support.
