Thanks|Gratitude Part 1
This past weekend my husband Alex and I attended our yearly Door County Yoga Retreat Weekend. We committed last year that we were going to attend every year as a way to be intentional about making time for us. It was so needed as it was a way for us to get the ending of our Honeymoon that had taken us on a major left turn with the hurricane in September.
The weekend really allows you to be more present and intentional with what you have, not what you don’t.
My intention for this week’s posting’s is that each time you find yourself here, that you take a moment to get really present with what you are Grateful|Thankful for. Let this energy move you and move through you this week and maybe you notice a shift in how you Be not only with your day but with others.
You may even want to take some time to journal with these questions to take it a step further, being a little bit more intentional. To take a little bit more time for yourself.

Life is constantly teaching us and bringing us back to the present. Asking us to be in a space of appreciation instead of lack.
