Make Space for it All

If I were to ask you to make space for that thing that you are sitting with inside yourself that is painful, what would that mean to you?

If you were to be with it long enough, just being with what was, could it share some insight with you or acceptance?

Not only do I use this "create space" phrase with my Coaching guests but also in my Yoga Classes. Let's do a little bit of what that phrasing would look like now.

If you could begin to notice your body and find one area of tightness or rigidity, could you find a nice deep breath and intentionally send your breath to that spot. Keep intentionally sending slow, deep breathes to that area and make some space there, maybe to give it permission to soften or acceptance?

When was the last time you created some space in your body and/or mind for what was?

I believe that when we allow for "the space"......give whatever is inside of us a chance to breathe, this....this is where healing can happen.

And sometimes it takes someone outside of ourselves to help create that space or get ourselves to a safe space to allow for permission to go there with ourselves.

For some, or a lot of us "You never developed that space, or at least you never allowed that space to be there. Your fear is that if you have those emotions, you'll be controlled by them, but it's your attempts not to feel those emotions that are controlling you. Give yourself space to feel your emotions. Being in relationship is guaranteed to bring up those emotions."

Welcome them. Hold them. Just have compassion for them. Understand the pain that they arose from. Could you give that gift to yourself?

You are everything you have been waiting for.

It's all there, just waiting to be held, uncovered.

I am very connected to my Coaching Clients and all of my clients.
