Embody Your Higher Self And Level-Up Your Life

When you do something, do it with the spirit of trust.


It doesn’t mean spend all your money if you want to become rich, but rather keep the feeling that you are wealthy and hold the conviction that it’s just a matter of time before your habits accumulate and show up.


And even if you’re not always feeling it, show up anyway.


Persistent action builds identity


By committing to action, even when you’re not always ‘feeling it’, will help you build the beliefs and the feelings needed.


So by working out every day, you’re building the belief you’re committed to your health. You begin to revise your conception of yourself and assume a new identity.


Over time, your unconscious mind accepts this as the ‘new normal’. You’ll start thinking bigger thoughts and taking actions in line with this new you. If you persist in the positive use of your imagination whilst doing this, it will literally pull this future into existence for you.


Putting all of these steps together can be a formula for revising yourself and taking on a new set of beliefs and habits.


Your higher self, or your unconscious mind, then allows you to jump to the next level through alignment — through aligning your thoughts, your internal self talk, your feelings about yourself, and your external actions.
