Just keep it together just one more day.

Your shoulders, neck and jaw are one of the most common areas that I see where people hold their stress. This creates discomfort and then dis-ease in the body. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

You keep looking outside yourself trying to keep your life going. Such as sleep aides because you are up at night worrying.

You try to control all aspects of your life so that you won’t be shaken again by any future life event or trauma. This is one I have done myself doing many times over the years.

You might have a hard time relaxing, your body, you notice your muscles are always tight and tense. This is another way your body is trying to hold the trauma/stress in your body together. “Just keep it together just one more day.”

And so on.

All of this creates dis-ease in the body the longer we (on our own) try to hold it and life all together.

Imagine how good it would feel for your body to set them stress/trauma down.

Now imagine how good it would feel to begin to move through it to begin the healing journey of welcoming love and compassion to the body, warmth…softness instead of feeling rigid all the time.

And I am here to tell you Fear is going to try to tell you to stay in the discomfort. That is a false sense of safety and false sense of comfort, I am going to tell you that right now.

People come Coach with me because my approach to getting Well in the body & mind is different. It’s very simple actually and it all begins with Awareness of what is happening in the Mind & Body.

Together, you and me, I can help you begin to find a way that feels better than what you are doing now “just trying to hold it all in and keep it together”.

Your health is literally at stake when you keep yourself hostage with this mantra “just keep holding it and keep it together.”
