Healing rather than Judgement | Managing your stress

If you give the prefrontal cortex the perception that it has control over your stress response it can actually begin taking control. Creating visuals and acting them out in your mind’s eye give your prefrontal cortex this exercise.

In what ways will you use your imagination for purposes of healing rather than judging?

Excerpt from: neurosculpting, Lisa Wimberger

You see the Prefrontal Cortex part of our brain is very important in regulating stress/anxiety and so much more. It brings rise to our higher self traits: Problem Solving, Perspective, Compassion, Empathy-Which we want during times of stress and anxiety, to assist in calming our nervous systems and ourselves and create healing.

Here is how we take back our control of our stress. We bring in Novelty, something new, curiosity, humor, wonder: Shifting just slightly enough, while keeping our Limbic brain (where fear and judgment from past stories/experiences, our up bringing live) feeling “safe”. When the Limbic System feels “unsafe” our bodies move into a stress response. But when we shift into the PFC, we are able to manage our stress better. After repeatedly shifting into the PFC we are able to re-sculpt our brain and create NEW neuropathways, new experiences. A new way of being! Are you excited?

You will see the more you do some of these PFC activating exercises or a Neurosculpting® Meditation Sessions with me you start to create healing from within and live in a way that feels better.

Our imagination shifts so much.

What if you allowed yourself to get more curious about it all? Could a more positive perspective feel better that the way you are being and living now?

I know from personal experience, this has helped me immensely especially during these uncertain times where there is so much negative and judgment.

Here are a few Novel Activities To Stimulate the Prefrontal Cortex
