It's Impossible to find Courage During Challenging Times...

Difficult times can be overwhelming and hard to navigate. It can feel impossible to lean into our Courage, it sometimes feels like the last thing we want to do.

The only way out is through, and yet finding the courage to go on can be a challenge. Often, we don’t know where to start or how to move forward. This is what keeps us from seeing the possibility of flexing our courage muscle. If you need help finding your courage during difficult times, read on for some tips.

Create a Support System

Creating a support system should be your first step in finding courage during tough times. Surround yourself with people who are understanding and kind, who will listen without judgment and provide encouragement when it’s needed most. You don’t need to limit yourself to friends or family members – consider joining a group or organization with similar experiences who will understand where you are coming from, such as an online community or support group. Having someone in your corner when things get tough can make all the difference in helping you find the strength you need to carry on.

Take Care of Yourself

Self-care is key during trying times – it helps ground us and provides a sense of normalcy amidst the chaos. Make sure you are taking care of your physical needs by eating nutritious foods, getting plenty of rest, and exercising regularly if possible. It’s also important to take time for yourself – indulge in activities that bring joy and peace into your life such as crafting, reading a book, listening to music, or going for a walk outside. These activities help us stay connected with ourselves even when everything else seems out of control.

Find Your Power Within

One of the best ways to find courage during hard times is by tapping into our inner power source – our intuition! Our intuition is always guiding us toward what we need most – we just have to listen carefully enough so that we can hear it clearly. Take time each day (even if it’s just 5 minutes) for stillness and silence; this is when our intuition speaks loudest. Journaling can also be incredibly helpful in uncovering our inner guidance system; writing down our thoughts/feelings helps us gain clarity about which direction we should take next.

Finding courage during hard times isn’t easy but it is possible! When we create a strong support system around us, take care of ourselves physically and mentally, and tap into our inner power source through stillness and journaling, we become more resilient than ever before! With these tools at hand, we can tackle any challenge put before us - no matter how difficult - so that we can come out stronger on the other side. So remember: Don’t give up--you have what it takes within you already!
