We have a great week of yoga classes coming your way, I will share that schedule below.
We also had a great time celebrating being in our new location for 1 year now!! A huge heart felt THANK YOU to everyone that was able to swing by Friday night! We appreciate you!

The Yoga Basics Series is here yeah baby!
Just start by showing up.
Join Joan Hanna, RYT 200 for this series for anyone interested in Yoga. No experience, some experience, young or old, it doesn't matter. You will be guided in the proper form of the basic yoga poses needed to build a foundation in a Yoga Practice.
Plenty of time will be allowed for practice and questions. Props may be used to enable anyone to practice Yoga safely.
Come join the fun, meet some new friends and learn something new!
A minimum of 3 people registered for the entire series (at a reduced rate of $80) is needed to hold this series.
Drop-In's are welcome to join in whenever they you feel guided into the series for the regular class price $15.
