2 weeks notice: Freshening Up the Yoga Schedule
Impermanence.....
In the Yoga Sutras it is explained that Impermanence is a constant state, as nothing is ever permanent except impermanence.
Every day, all day, our bodies engage in impermanence with each breath. Your current inhalation is unlike any other you have ever take.
Along with things that surely will be lost, impermanence makes way for new possibilities, such as working out a difficulty with a friend, giving birth to a child after year of trying to conceive, recovering from an illness, learning to do a yoga pose that you thought once was beyond your ability, and more.
It takes a brave heart to deeply accept that everything changes.
With that said, we are excited to Refresh our Yoga Schedule starting Monday February 21st.
Keeping some, releasing some and adding some!
Here is our New Schedule (Starting 2/21/22):
Monday:
5:00p - Power Yoga
6:30p - Men's Series (possible transition to a weekly class after Series is complete)
Tuesday:
9:15a - Slow Flow
6:30p - Soundscape Restore
Wednesday:
9:15a - Power Yoga
6:00p - Yin Yoga
Thursday:
9:15a - Soundscape Restore
6:00p - Yoga Basics for Everyone
Friday:
9:15a - Bikram 26 Inspired
1st Saturday of the Month:
9:30a - Slow Flow
*Soundscape Restore: A blend of gentle|restorative movement|poses and nourishing sounds.
