Lymphatic Face Massage
Benefits
Nervous System Regulation
Experience deep relaxation as your body shifts from stress and survival into rest and restoration.
Release Tension
Gently unwind chronic holding patterns throughout the chest, shoulders, neck, jaw, face, and scalp.
Support Healthy Lymphatic Flow
Reduce puffiness, encourage natural detoxification, and improve fluid movement throughout the face and neck.
Improve Circulation
Increase oxygen and nutrient delivery to the tissues, creating a naturally brighter, healthier complexion.
Naturally Stimulate Collagen
Healthy circulation supports the body's natural collagen production, improving elasticity and tone over time.
Reduce Headaches & Jaw Tension
Many clients notice relief from chronic jaw clenching, neck tightness, and tension headaches.
Restore Balance
As muscles soften and tension releases, facial asymmetry may improve, contours become more defined, and movement throughout the face feels more natural.
Release What You’re Carrying. Return to Yourself.
There is a story your body has been trying to tell you.
It's in the tightness of your jaw.
The tension in your neck.
The headaches that keep returning.
The shoulders that never quite relax.
The puffiness that no eye cream seems to touch.
Your face isn't the problem.
It's often reflecting a nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long.
At State of Grace, Lymphatic Face Massage is not about chasing youth or perfection. It is a restorative experience designed to release tension, support healthy lymphatic flow, improve circulation, and invite your body back into a state of calm.
Because when your nervous system softens, your face, neck, and shoulders follow.
This Is More Than A Facial Massage
I begin with the pecs and auxiliary to open the lymphatic system. Then move onto the shoulders, and neck, gently work through the pathways that hold the most stress before moving into the face and scalp.
This intentional approach allows the body to release accumulated tension while supporting the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and increasing blood flow to the tissues.
The result is a treatment that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored—from the inside out.
This is compassionate bodywork for women who have spent too much time holding everything together.
Who This is For
This experience is for the woman who:
Feels like she's carrying the weight of everyone else
Holds stress in her shoulders, neck, or jaw
Wakes up feeling puffy, tense, or exhausted
Experiences headaches or chronic muscle tightness
Wants a natural approach to healthy aging
Is navigating grief, caregiving, leadership, or a major life transition
Is ready to stop pushing through and start listening to her body
The State of Grace Difference
You won't find language here about fixing flaws or chasing impossible beauty standards.
That's not what I believe.
For over twenty years, I have worked with women through bodywork, coaching, yoga, breathwork, and life's biggest transitions.
I've learned that the body remembers what the mind tries to outrun.
The jaw holds what we don't say.
The shoulders carry what isn't ours.
The nervous system keeps score.
My work is about creating a space where your body no longer has to brace.
Where your breath deepens.
Where your shoulders drop.
Where your mind becomes quiet.
Where you remember what it feels like to be at home within yourself.
Why Consistency Matters
While many women experience immediate relaxation and visible softening after one session, true transformation happens through consistency.
Regular sessions support:
Improved lymphatic function
Continued tension release
Healthy collagen stimulation
Better circulation
Reduced inflammation
Long-term nervous system regulation
Healing is cumulative.
So are the effects of chronic stress.
The choice is yours: continue carrying it, or begin releasing it.
